I’m an avid art collector of all mediums, styles and ages of works as-well-as home goods from far and wide. I have found that not all works and/or pieces can stay with me and therefore need to share them with the world. I hope that you find a piece here that will find a home with you, where it didn’t with me.

POLICIES

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE PURCHASE FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

-I do not accept returns, nor provide refunds for all or part of any lost, stolen or damaged item.

-All items will be well packaged and fully insured. If a package arrives damaged buyer will need to contact postal carrier to open a claim with the postal carrier.  Customer does not receive reimbursement from seller due to fault in carrier mishandling.

-The Simple Remains is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event that I, the seller, have grossly mis-described an item, such as the medium from which a piece is made, there are 2 resolutions to choose from:

-Return item for full refund

-Keep item for 10% refund

LAYAWAY:

Payment can be made over time for any item (or items) over $400.00. Please see the list of agreements and reach out to start your layaway process.

1. 25% down payment; non-refundable.
2. 3 payments made over 2 week intervals; or half down / half in 2 weeks (25% non-refundable)
3. Payments include shipping fee, but does not include service fee or taxes calculated during checkout.
4. Once down payment is made, it is a contractual agreement to follow through with payment. If payment cannot be made then agreement can be canceled without notice and buyer will be refunded, minus 25%
