Fantastic pair of vintage Italian toleware sconces with grape motif and gilded finish. Lovely highlights and lowlights. Two grape clusters, one green and one red (as in red grapes) embellish each sconce. Not marked, but decidedly Florentine. Great addition to the dining room, mantel or gallery wall. Excellent decor piece for fall and/or Thanksgiving. Sourced from an estate. Candles not included. See below for dimensions and condition.

APPROX. DIMENSIONS: 13.5″ long x 9.5″ across; projection from mounting surface is 7″. Sockets are not perfectly round; they measure 1″ x 7/8″ and should accommodate a standard taper; candle adhesive or museum wax may be required for stabilization.
