Antique English 1/2 pint footed pewter cup
love these special cups to organize office supplies like pens/paintbrushes, or to use as a vase/planter
According to my research, this cups form dates it back to the 19th century and then I followed up by checking the Verification Stamp (Excise Mark) from the Weights & Measurements Department of the Board of Trade. The mark of a crown and VR LS (Victoria Regina) LS (Longsdale – South Division) shows the cup was inspected from around 1826-1885.
