Antique marriage certificate between James M. Pleasant and Tillie Tully of Columbus, Ohio, married in Kentucky on January 18th, 1912. Beautifully lithographed roses and orange blossoms, colors still vivid. Some of the leaves and one line of the text are highlighted in silver. Certificate published by Cranston & Curts, Cincinnati, Ohio. Lovely gesso-on-wood period frame with gilt finish. Overall measurements are 15.75″ x 12.75″. Excellent antique condition; original glass intact. We replaced the dust cover. Frame has a couple of nicks on each of the right-hand corners, hardly noticeable–see photos and use zoom. Great addition to a collection of antique ephemera, or conversation piece for the gallery wall.
