This is a vintage life size bronze sculpture of the goddess Aphrodite. Date of this specific piece is unknown, while the original currently housed in British Museum dates back to the 1st Century BC and excavated in 1872. Comes with bronze stand for displaying. Imported from the Suffolk UK to the US. Overall in excellent condition with minor scratches noted throughout.
This particular sculpture was featured in the January 2025 issue of THE WORLD OF INTERIORS and the magazine will be included with your order as bonus. Last photo shows what page the feature is on.
